  • Welcome & Overview: Introduction to the week’s theme

  • Guided Meditation: Practice focused on attention, body, breath, thoughts, or loving-kindness

  • Practical Exercise: Hands-on application such as mindful moments, labeling sensations, or planning your practice

  • Reflection & Q&A: Share experiences, explore challenges, and receive guidance

  • Closing & Homework: Simple daily exercises to support your practice
