Breathing is for everybody, and breathwork seems to be everywhere. Maybe you’ve joined a Breath Circle or a Breathing Class and found comfort in it.
But what if your breath could become your mentor in daily life? What if it could guide you during your yoga practice, your work, stressful situations, patterns of addictive behavior, and even your sleep? Why is breathing so important? And with so many styles of breathwork, it’s easy to get confused: Belly Breath, Lion’s Breath, Box Breathing, Conscious Connected Breathing, Pranayama, Ocean Breath… what do they all mean? And if you already practice yoga, why add separate breath exercises?
In this training, you will deeply explore how breathing connects to nearly every system in your body. You’ll learn about different styles of breathwork and discover which practices are most beneficial for you in different situations. Through practical exercises, guided instruction, a handout, and your personal logbook, you will get to know YOUR breath.
Experience how conscious breathing can open your body, release tension, cultivate inner calm, and support relaxation, while also enhancing your energy, focus, and overall well-being—both physically and mentally.
With a two-week pause between sessions, you will have the chance to practice breathing in your daily life, making the learning truly integrate into your routines. An optional WhatsApp support group is available to guide and encourage you during this period before we meet again.
By the end of the course, you will feel more connected to your body and breath, equipped with practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and deepen your overall sense of well-being.
This training blends science and practice, helping you understand your unique breath and apply breathwork tools in daily life.
