Stress lives in the body, especially in the psoas, a deep core muscle linked to your posture, breath, and stress response. When this muscle holds tension from long-term stress, sitting too much, or emotional overwhelm, it can keep your body in a state of alertness, making it hard to truly relax.
This extra long, calming session uses a yoga therapeutic approach to help you soften, unwind, and reset:
What to expect?
- Gentle movement to release the psoas
- Breathing practices and restorative poses that support the vagus nerve and parasympathetic activation
- Simple tools to regulate your nervous system and shift from stress to calm
- Space to rest deeply and reconnect with your body
This session is for you if you:
