No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or philosophy is needed. Everything is offered in an accessible, grounded, and open way.

Workshop Structure
Part 1 — Connecting with Your Dharma
Through yin yoga, meditation, and reflective writing, we explore:
What gives your life direction and meaning
Dharma as more than personal goals — including responsibility and courage
How to relate more honestly to your own life path
This part is inspired by reflections from Eindelijk Verdwaald, exploring dharma as lived, embodied, and deeply human.
Part 2 — Creating Space for Your Aspirations
This second part focuses on integration and embodiment. We explore:
How aspiration and contentment (santosha) can coexist
The balance between discipline, patience, and self-kindness
How to create space for what truly matters, with mildness and humor

A Personal Note
This workshop grew out of a natural connection and shared curiosity. Jantien’s love for philosophy and lived experience meets Barbara’s grounding guidance through yin yoga and meditation. Our intention is not to provide answers, but to create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and gently explore what guides you — in your body, your choices, and your life.
With warmth,
Barbara & Jantien
