The Eight Worldly Dhammas
Each day, we navigate a world full of change — praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and pain, fame and blame. These are known in Buddhist teachings as the Eight Worldly Dhammas: the push and pull of conditions that often shape our moods, decisions, and sense of self.
In this meditation week, we’ll gently explore how to meet these shifting tides with more clarity, balance, and inner freedom. Through short teachings and guided meditations, you’ll learn to recognize these patterns in your life — not to suppress or avoid them, but to relate to them with more awareness and ease.
