Yogaseads offers you the opportunity to Explore & Learn more about YOGA!

Twisting Poses will help restore your spine's natural range of motion, cleanse your organs, and stimulate circulation. The primary purpose of all twists is to rotate the spine; the secondary purpose is to realign the relationship between the shoulder girdle and the spine, and the pelvic girdle and the spine.

It’s important to get a better understanding of the correct alignment of these poses and avoid a negative response in the pelvic region 

We’ll start with some meditation & pranayama, a yoga sequence designed around the topic, theory & physical practice for a deeper understanding. And off course you can ask all the questions you have. Our goal is to support your yoga practice and give your more tools to improve your own practice.
