All the way from Los Angeles: Prana Vinyasa teacher Rob Hess will be visiting Yogaseads again for 2 dynamic workshops!
IGNITING THE SACRED FIRE:
Ignite the fire in this workshop, exploring arm balances, core strengthening, and inversions. As we feel the shift in the season and the sun approaches his summer solstice, his highest point, we too ignite the power within us and realize our potential in our practice and in our lives.
Rob’s Teaching has evolved and has come a long way from where he began practicing in Cleveland Ohio to now living in Southern California, from where he travels to teach throughout the world. What drew him to the practice of yoga was the physical part but after year of study and devotion it’s the spiritual part of the practice that feed his soul. And through this amazing journey he found his home in the Prana Flow community with his teacher Shiva Rea.
Rob has traveled all over assisting Shiva’s workshops and teacher trainings. And through her guidance he loves to share with others all that he has come to know and hold dear to his heart.
Rob’s style of teaching is fun, challenging, and lighthearted as he tries not to take life to seriously. He encourages students to enjoy the journey rather than fighting to get to the destination.
Rob has been leading workshops and training all over the U.S. and loves how the power of yoga is universal that no matter where he goes you can feel an amazing sense of community and love.
His goal as a teacher is to help students uncover their own personal truth and live a life that is empowered.
ABOUT PRANA VINYASA:
Prana Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva’s teaching experience from the last fifteen years.
Prana Flow Yogis are surfers of life and do not only ride the Vinyasa wave on their yoga mat, but in all facets that life offers them. As nature itself generates things by changing steadily, by letting things grow, glow and then giving it back to earth, we too want to develop an awareness of this continuous change, in order to joyfully ride the waves of life
