Understand. Explore. Integrate.

Explore the Buddhist Eightfold Path as a practical framework for living with greater awareness, wisdom, and compassion — and discover how these teachings can move from the meditation cushion and yoga mat into everyday life.

The Eightfold Path

The Noble Eightfold Path is a practical framework for living with greater wisdom, awareness, and compassion.

During this weekend, we’ll explore the eight aspects of the path:

Right View — seeing clearly
Right Intention — understanding what guides us
Right Speech — speaking with awareness
Right Action — living consciously
Right Livelihood — aligning how we live and work with our values
Right Effort — finding balance between effort and letting go
Right Mindfulness — being present with what is
Right Concentration — cultivating a steady, focused mind

We’ll understand these teachings, explore them through Yin Yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry, and integrate them by looking at how they can be applied to our own lives.

The teachings are not something we learn once and move beyond. We return to them again and again — because life changes, we change, and the same teaching can meet us in a completely different way.

The Weekend

Saturday — Understand & Explore

13:30–16:30

We begin with the foundations of Buddhist wisdom and the Eightfold Path.

We’ll explore Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, and Right Livelihood, looking at how our views, intentions, words, choices, and way of living shape our experience.

Through teaching, meditation, Yin Yoga, reflection, and self-inquiry, we’ll make the teachings personal and tangible.

Theme: How do I see, choose, speak, and live?

Sunday — Practice & Integrate

13:30–16:30

We continue with Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration, exploring how we cultivate a steady and clear mind.

Through meditation and a longer, contemplative Yin practice, we’ll explore effort, resistance, presence, concentration, and letting go.

We’ll close by bringing the Eightfold Path together and asking:

How can I take these teachings with me into my own life?

Theme: How do I practice what I understand?

Always a Student

The teachings are not something we learn once and move beyond.

Even teachings we have heard many times can land differently when we meet them with fresh eyes and an open mind. Life changes, we change, and our practice changes with us.

Whether you are new to these teachings or have been practicing yoga and meditation for years, there is always an opportunity to listen again, practice again, and discover something new.

Can’t make one of the sessions? No worries. You’ll receive a recording after each session, available for 2 months, so you can catch up or revisit the practice in your own time.

The path is not something you have to find. It is something you practice — one moment, step by step.

I’d love to explore this path with you.
