Join us for an invigorating 2-hour Ashtanga class, designed to deepen your practice and understanding about this style of yoga.

You will be guided through the complete Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, starting with an introduction to its key principles: breath, energy locks (Bandhas), and yogic gaze (Drishti).

The practice begins with Sun Salutations, followed by standing poses, seated poses, backbends, and closing poses. The Ashtanga Primary Series, also known as Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy), detoxifies the body, builds strength and flexibility and improves mental focus. The session concludes with a brief exploration of the philosophy behind Ashtanga Yoga.
