At YogaSeads, we are honored to offer Circular Shamanic Breathwork guided by our manager and Teacher and newly certified breath coach, Tanya.

This is a powerful inner journey;  a practice of conscious, connected breathing that opens the body, softens emotional armor, and brings you into direct contact with what is ready to be seen, felt, and integrated.

What is Circular (Connected) Breathwork?

Circular breathwork is a continuous breathing technique where the inhale and exhale flow into each other without pause. This steady rhythm:

  • Activates and clears stored emotional energy

  • Expands awareness and presence

  • Releases suppressed patterns held in the body

  • Deepens connection to your inner truth

  • Supports nervous system regulation and integration

The breath becomes a bridge — between conscious and subconscious, between body and spirit, between past experiences and present awareness.

Sessions often feel like a ceremony. Music, guidance, intentional space-holding, and grounding practices support you throughout the journey.

Inspired by The Presence Process

Tanya’s approach is deeply inspired by the work of The Presence Process.

This philosophy centers around emotional integration through present-moment awareness. Instead of “fixing” or bypassing emotions, we learn to:

  • Stay present with sensations

  • Breathe through activation

  • Allow unresolved imprints to surface safely

  • Integrate rather than suppress

Breath becomes a tool for conscious participation in your healing…. not a dramatic peak experience, but a grounded return to wholeness.

1:1 Private Breathwork Journeys

Tanya offers private one-on-one sessions for a deeply personalized experience.

Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours
This includes:

  • Opening conversation & intention setting

  • Guided circular breath journey

  • Rest & grounding

  • Tea ceremony and integration time

Integration is essential. After the breathwork, we sit together, reflect, and allow the nervous system to settle. This part is just as important as the journey itself.

Optional: Breathwork with Plant Medicine

For experienced participants who feel called to deepen their process, there is the option to discuss combining breathwork with plant medicine (psilocybin).

However:

It is required that you first complete at least one breathwork session without plant medicine.

This ensures:

  • You understand the breathing technique

  • You feel safe with Tanya as your guide

  • Your nervous system responds well to the process

  • There is a foundation of trust and integration

Any conversation about plant medicine is approached responsibly, intentionally, and only after proper preparation and discussion.
