LAUREN PATTERSON
Lauren began her Yoga journey hoping to support her physical recovery as a long distance runner. She quickly discovered that the practice’s many benefits went beyond the physical and began to rely on the internal quiet, breath, and space that Yoga provides.
Lauren is trained as both a Vinyasa (200 hr) and Yin teacher. She approaches her Yoga teaching career with curiosity and openness; always seeking to learn more through continued learning and trainings. Her classes are flowy, thoughtful and accessible, sequenced to help students connect meaningfully with themselves—whether they’re seeking strength, stillness, or simply time to breathe. She maintains a simple, grounded and authentic approach to teaching while encouraging students to become more curious about their bodies
