A yoga therapeutic approach to stress relief. Stress often settles in the shoulders, neck, and upper back—the places where we unconsciously carry responsibility, pressure, and the weight of daily life. Over time, this area can become tight and overactive, subtly keeping your body in a state of holding and alertness, making it difficult to truly let go and relax. This extra long, calming session uses a yoga therapeutic approach to help you soften, unwind, and release what you’ve been carrying, mentally or physically.

What to expect?

  • Gentle movement to release tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back

  • Breathing practices and restorative poses that support the vagus nerve and parasympathetic activation

  • Simple tools to regulate your nervous system and shift from stress to calm

  • Space to rest deeply and reconnect with your body
