The Meditation week is here again. Theme of the week : The subtle relationship between the observer and the observed. The space where ‘I’ begins to dissolve into pure awareness. Through mindful inquiry and silent practice, we learn to rest in the witnessing presence beyond identification. This practice invites a shift from doing to being, from self to consciousness itself. This meditation week is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. You can join in the studio or online or alternate during the week. Take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the calming practice of Buddhist mindfulness meditation. Dates: Saturday 25 October - Friday 31 October, every day 30 min: 10 min dhamma talk & 20 minutes guided meditation. Time: Saturday & Sunday time: 12.30 -13.00. Monday till Friday 16.30 - 17.00 .
