XL Hot Yin for Runners Practice

Whether you are preparing for the Den Haag CPC Half Marathon or are a casual runner, you are invited to join Lauren, yoga teacher and long-time runner, for an XL Hot Yin for Runners session. This practice is designed to support both the physical and mental aspects of running.

Yoga and running are complementary practices: while running focuses on a limited number of muscle groups and can lead to imbalance or injury, yoga takes a full-body, breath-centered approach. In this 90-minute Hot Yin class, you will deeply stretch the entire body, with extra attention to areas most used during running. The warm environment increases tissue elasticity, allowing for deeper and safer stretching, supporting injury prevention and recovery.

Through Yin Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, this session helps deepen the connection between mind, body, and breath, leaving you feeling calm, balanced, and fully restored for your next run. If you spend a lot of time walking or hiking and recognize the benefits of this practice, you are of course also very welcome to join.
