In the warmth of the room, we move through longer-held yin poses, allowing the body to open and release. From there, we transition into simple awareness meditation, creating space for stillness and clarity.
Along the way, we will take a slightly more in-depth look at a core Buddhist teaching, offering a simple and practical perspective that you can bring into your everyday life.
