Move, sweat and recharge by the sea this spring and summer. A dynamic outdoor training combining running, strength, conditioning and movement in nature. Expect fresh air, sand, energy, community and a strong body & mind connection.

10x in total, you can join separately or the whole series. You need to sign up! Meeting point at Yogaseads. From there we ran to the beach. All levels are welcome.

About the teacher
The Yogaseads Run Club is guided by Pema Maalsen (19), runner/boxer and boxing trainer.
These sessions are not yoga classes, but dynamic outdoor workouts focused on endurance, strength, conditioning and functional movement. Stretching and recovery are naturally part of the practice as well.
