This weekly yoga class gives teenagers a chance to move, breathe, and reset after the school day. Through simple yoga poses, breathwork, and relaxation, students learn practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and feel more at home in their bodies. Tanya creates a relaxed, welcoming space where teens can be themselves; no experience needed.
Yoga can help teens:

* Improve focus and emotional balance
* Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness
* Grow confidence and self-trust
A supportive midweek reset that’s both grounding and fun. The style of the class will be yin/ yang/ relaxation/ intro meditation. Class will be taught in English; everyone welcome.
