We’re back by the sea!

Yogaseads is teaming up once again with Sol Beach Club for three special summer gatherings: Beach Yoga at Sol’s.

Think ocean air, warm sand, good company, and a little something refreshing waiting for you after class. Here’s what’s coming up:

Event 2: Yin Yang & Wine Tasting €37
Sunday June 28th
18:00 Yoga
19:00 Wine Tasting

A balanced Yin Yang practice to move, soften, and reset — followed by a relaxed wine tasting with your toes still in the sand. Everybody gets 3 wines: a pinot grigio, a rose, and a Sangria

Healthy snacks: Beachplatter:- pita feta/quiche- olijven/roasted nuts

A strong, energizing session to fire things up, then time to unwind with drinks and bites at Sol’s.
