Teen Yoga

This weekly yoga class gives teenagers a chance to move, breathe, and reset after the school day. Through simple yoga poses, breathwork, and relaxation, students learn practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and feel more at home in their bodies. Tanya creates a relaxed, welcoming space where teens can be themselves; no experience needed.

Yoga can help teens:
* Feel calmer and release stress
* Improve focus and emotional balance
* Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness
* Grow confidence and self-trust

A supportive midweek reset that’s both grounding and fun. The style of the class will be yin/ yang/ relaxation/ intro meditation. Class will be taught in English; everyone welcome.

Whether you are preparing for the Den Haag CPC Half Marathon or are a casual runner, you are invited to join Lauren, yoga teacher and long-time runner, for an XL Hot Yin for Runners session. This practice is designed to support both the physical and mental aspects of running.

Yoga and running are complementary practices: while running focuses on a limited number of muscle groups and can lead to imbalance or injury, yoga takes a full-body, breath-centered approach. In this 90-minute Hot Yin class, you will deeply stretch the entire body, with extra attention to areas most used during running. The warm environment increases tissue elasticity, allowing for deeper and safer stretching, supporting injury prevention and recovery.

Through Yin Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, this session helps deepen the connection between mind, body, and breath, leaving you feeling calm, balanced, and fully restored for your next run. Hannah is a psychologist and somatic therapist who has been navigating grief for most of her adult life. She found the most helpful tools in community spaces, ritual, and working with the body and breath. These circles you can expect a combination of these, including a gentle breath/movement practice, a creative practice or ritual, and (always optional) sharing.

Build a solid foundation with a practice inspired by classical Hatha yoga from Bengal.

Bishnu Ghosh was a bodybuilder, showman, and yoga therapist who taught in Kolkata. He was a key figure in the renaissance of postural yoga in the 20th century and is credited for bringing yoga to the masses in Bengal.

This 2 hour Hatha XL class will take you through many of the essential Ghosh yoga postures. It is designed as a full body sequence that takes your spine and joints through all of their major articulations. You will feel both invigorated and grounded.

We are happy to collaborate with our favourite beachclub SOL BEACH CLUB! This Spring & Summer we are organizing special yoga events that combine relaxation with socializing. Whether it's a sunset yoga session followed by a refreshing drink or starting your day with yoga and a healthy smoothie, there's something for everyone. Start with a nice yoga practice and after yoga, enjoy the opportunity to connect with others over delicious drinks and snacks. We look forward to relaxing and enjoying together.

Honoring Transitions Circles - embracing grief & change

Change and loss are the most natural parts of life, yet the grief they bring can be one of the most complex human experiences. Whether it is the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a life transition, or a global crisis, there is plenty to grieve in the modern world. Although it can feel isolating or like a taboo topic, as Sobonfu Somé says, 'grief belongs to everyone'.

Hannah is a psychologist and somatic therapist who has been navigating grief for most of her adult life. She found the most helpful tools in community spaces, ritual, and working with the body and breath. These circles you can expect a combination of these, including a gentle breath/movement practice, a creative practice or ritual, and (always optional) sharing.

Grief is not only sadness and heaviness - it can also be relief, confusion, even lightness and joy. Ultimately this exploration tends to lead us back to love, and back to our own hearts.

We offer these transition circles every month, and you’re welcome to join whenever you like—there’s no ongoing series
